I always make cookies most weekends. I recently found this new recipe for the best chocolatey cookies which are thick, soft and extra rich!
What you will need:
- Flour 275 grams,
- Sugar 300 grams,
- Butter 200 grams,
- Cocoa Powder 75 grams,
- Dairy Milk Chocolate 200 grams,
- Baking Trays,
- Greaseproof Paper
- Electric Mixer
Preheat your oven at 200 degrees.
Step 1: Weigh the sugar and butter out.
Step 2: Mix them together using an electric mixer until it looks a bit like scrambled egg.
Step 3: Weigh out you flour.
Step 4: Add the cocoa powder into the flour
Step 5: Mix in the cocoa powder/flour into your mixture gradually with an electric mixer until it looks like this
By now it should be quite stiff.
Step 6: Break up your Dairy Milk Bar into squares. You can use any chocolate bar or a mix of bars depending on what you fancy.Add this to the mixture and mix in.
This is the messy bit. Using your hands get a handful of the mixture and mould into a ball and place on your baking trays. I know this looks alot but when cooking it will expand and go down.
Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
10 minutes later.......
You will have the tastiest cookies to enjoy with the chocolate chunks oosing as you eat them :) yum...
Hope you enjoy them.
Thank you for reading :)
xoxo
