2015 Favourites

Happy New Year!!

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and wish you all the best 2016 :)

Choosing my 2015 favourites was very hard as I had so many products that had made themselves into my daily routine. I have narrowed it down to a few so here goes.

Simple Kind to Skin Cleansing Face Wipes

I never really use face wipes but saw these on offer in my local Boots store so thought I'd give them  go. They are so soft and moist and even remove waterproof makeup without difficulty. I think I've gone through about 5 packs already and the packaging is so cute, they have limited edition pack at the moment which are pink, black and blue like the one in the image.

Soap and Glory - Perfect 10 Eyeshadow Palette

I have been brave in 2015 and have started using different eyeshadows and I couldn't resist this palette. It contained 10 of the best shades including shimmer, mattes and glitters. You can see a full review I did here.

No 7 High Shine Lip Crayons

I'm not one for using lip sticks, liner, crayons etc. But I had this one in the No.7 Advent Calendar and absolutely loved it. It's a dark raspberry shade and applies effortlessly. It leaves a high shine finish and lasts for hours.

Body Shop Vitamin E Night Cream

I am in love with this product and the whole range at the Body Shop. It is so rich and moisturing and perfect to apply to sink in overnight. My skin feels so moisturised and with no dry patches. I have also been using the day cream together with this.

Benefit Tinted Eye Lash Primer

This was my first Benefit product and I am pleased to say they won me over. I have used this under a mascara or if it's one of those days where I don't want to wear a lot of make up, I have just used this on it's own. even though it's a primer it really lengthens my eyelashes, the one I have is in a dark brown shade.

Eyeko Black Magic Eyeliner

I have struggled so much to find an eyeliner that lasts all day without smudging or running. I've even use waterproof ones that have slowly made there way down my skin. This one is perfect it lasts all day and looks amazing. It also is self sharpening so each time you open the pencil it's as good as new.

Body Shop Italian Summer Fig Eau De Toilette

After having the small handbag version of this as shown in the image I have bought the larger full size bottle. It smells so fresh and totally different to anything I've used before. You only need a small amount so the bottle lasts for ages.

Garnier BB Cream - (Shade Extra Light)

When I heard Garnier had bought out the extra light version I was so excited, I struggle to find any sort of BB cream/ foundation that is the right shade for my skin as I am quite fair. This matches pefectly and I can get away with just using this on it's own. It doesn't feel heavy like your wearing anything at all.

No.7 Instant Illusions Airbrush Away Primer

I don't think I could apply me make up anymore without using this. It feels so nice on the skin and my face just feels so smooth and soft. It is a brilliant base to use and I have noticed that my make up lasts so much longer throughout the day.

Loreal Eyeshadow in the Shade Nude

I think I have mentioned this in a favourites post before. I just love how easy it apply and how long it lasts. This one is like a dark copper colour and is super pigmented. I must remember to have a look at what other colours they have in this range as I can see quite an obsession coming on ;)

Malin and Goetz Lip Moisturiser

This has been my saviour over the past few months. We all know that the winter months means windy weather an dry lips. I use this every night before bed or if my lips feel particulary dry. I have had one bad day where they feel dry or cracked it works miracles. Definitely recommend this as a handbag essential.

What have your 2015 favourites been?

Thank you for reading and I can't wait to see what 2016 brings :)
