Hello! :)
Long time no speak eh? I really needed that break, I had a lot going on in my personal life and just needed the break. I didn't want blog posts to be forced and something I didn't want to post. I am going to try post at least once a week but at the moment with work etc I will try and do it when I can :) I will do a post in the next few weeks with a little bit of a life update!
Today's blog post is to do with my all time favourite face masks. I love a good face mask, I do them up to 3 times a week and can definitely notice the difference in my skin from using them.
I go through fazes of either loving sheet masks or clay masks. I like sheet masks because they are so convenient and easy to use whereas with clay masks I feel that they do more for my skin. Most of my face masks are for spot/blemish prone skin.
Yes To Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Peel Off Mask
I absolutely love this mask. It come in a tube with a spatula on the end which is used to apply the mask to your skin. Once it's dry you can just peel it off which lets me honest is very satisfying ;) I use a lot of the Yes To products anyway so I knew this would be a great product. I find that my skin feel softer and blemishes are reduced in size and redness. I do use quite alot of products which have charcoal in as it is a life saver for my skin type and it really does make a difference.
L'oreal Pure Clay Blemish Rescue Mask
This is probably my favourite ever face mask. This one is the one I notice the most difference from using. I have used this when I've had a major breakout and when I've washed it off my skin looks so much clearer and blemishes are dramatically reduced. I have repurchased this multiple times. Each pot last about 8-10 uses so you get a good usage out of it. It contains marine algae which is known for it's anti blemish magic!
Garnier Pure Charcoal Black Tissue Mask
I love tissue masks because they are so easy to apply and just relaxing for use in the bath especially. Like the Yes To one this is also a charcoal mask which helps with redness and blemishes. I tend to use these ones when my skin is having good days as they don't do as much for my skin as the clay masks do but they are relaxing and cooling on the skin.
What are your favourite face masks?
Any you would recommend?
Thank you for reading:)
