Hellooooooooooo :)
How's your week going? Nearly the weekend :)
Every year I always have a beauty advent calendar, well last year I had 4 of them ;) maybe that was a bit over the top ha! I've noticed this year the advent calendars have been released very early so I had to get the Body Shop one as I know that one I know sells out fast.
I ordered the biggest of the three this year as I wanted to try a few of the products in there and the value was incredible. It costs £99 and the contents are worth £214!!!!
Disclaimer - I do reveal 4 of the products below, if you want it to be kept a secret don't look ;)
Anyone who knows me knows I am a huge lover of Christmas and even typing this now makes me so excited 🎅🎄🎆
So the first thing I love about this calendar as with last years is that each day has it's own individual box to open with the gift inside.
So I opened 4 boxes at random to give you an idea of what you can expect from this calendar.
Camomile Gentle Eye Make Up Remover (Travel Size) Worth £3 - I have used this before and loved it, it even removes waterproof make up so it's a win win!!! I mostly like it because it doesn't make my eye sore at all and is very gentle on sensitive skin.
Almond Milk and Honey Body Butter (Full Size) Worth £15 - I love this entire range it's so moisturising and the scent is perfect for anyone who doesn't like fruity or floral scents. It's a scent for everyone :) I'm sure you all know how god Body Shop Body Butters are :) Can I just say how amazing is it that there is a full size body butter in a calendar?!?
Drops of Youth Concentrate (30ml) Worth £26 - I have never tried anything from the Drops of Youth range before so was quite intrigued try this. I have actually used this (I know that's naughty because I should I have put it back away but I couldn't resist) I loved it! I apply it every morning and night and my skin has never felt so good. I put this in my previous "most loved Body Shop products"
Lip and Cheek Stain in Vineyard Peach 010 (Full Size) Worth £8 - Again I have never tried one of there lip stains and I have been loving this especially this shade. It's so subtle but adds a very nice pop of colour to your lips. I would say it is quite matte but I love it so much.
There is two other advent calendars. The smaller one is perfect if you want travel size shower gels and soaps but I have so many of them from last years so that's why I got this one. The medium sized calendar is a mix of travel and full size products but they are all such good value for money.
I think it's a brilliant idea to buy it and split it up for stocking fillers :)
What beauty calendars to you recommend me to try?
Thank you for reading.
Natasha x
