How's are you doing?

I always have a problem with split ends and heat damage. I'm trying to grow my hair but it gets to a point where I need it cut because it's damaged and I end up a square one again. This time I have made sure;

1. I'm using less heat appliances on my hair.

2. I find the best products to keep my hair looking healthy and protected.

I discovered this range a while ago, I used to have a hair mask in a tube bottle but I don't think they make it anymore which is sad! Recently is was on 3 for 2 at Superdrug so I thought I would give it ago and I have to say you have to try it!!!! 

My hair is constantly soft, smooth and looking healthy. All my split ends have visibly gone and my hair looks longer. I will defintely be repurchasing this as it's the only product that I have noticed a huge difference with my hair and you wouldn't know that a few months ago I had split ends.

I wash my hair every other day so I use both the shampoo and conditioner and then just before drying I use two pumps of the leave in treatment through the ends. It has the typical "Tresemme" scent which I do actually kind of love :)
