Hair Care Routine

Hello :)

Welcome back to my Blog!

Today I thought I'd do a post about my care care routine. I think I've finally got it sorted now, my hair feels so much better, softer and look healthier. As I'm really trying to grow my hair, looking after it and using the right products is very important.

Hair Masks

I love nothing more than to apply a hair mask in an evening and leave it on during a bath. I probably do this once or twice a week. My favourites are the Lee Stafford ones and The Sanctuary Spa Long Lasting Moisture Mask. They are all so moisturising and have so many benefits. I do use the matching shampoo and conditioner when I can so they work to their best potential.

Shampoo and Conditioner

I do switch between quite a few different shampoos and conditioners as I don't want my hair to get used to the same one. Anything that has coconut in seems to agree with my hair really well so I've been using the Lee Stafford Coco Loco and the OGX Coconut Water in between using The Sanctuary Spa Long Lasting Moisture.

I have done full reviews on two of the above, so if you want more of an in depth review. Please click the links below :)

GHD Advanced Split End Therapy

I had this on a wish list for ages and couldn't bring myself to paying £20.00 for it but I'm so glad I did. I use this on damp hair after washing it and then dry on a low heat. The difference in my ends is incredible and I have noticed more hair growth due to it being in better condition.

Celsius Hair Ceramic Heat Protect & Shine Spray

This is absolutely incredible! I can't believe that this product isn't all over the place. My hair feels incredible, soft, smooth and protected. It has a sweet raspberry scent so thumbs up from me :) I wouldn't use anything else now. After using this my hair is in such better condition and I can't wait to use it each time I use my straighteners.

OGX Weightless Hydrating Oil Mist

This is my finishing touch after all the drying, straightening is done. It smooths done any fly aways and obviously smells amazing. You only need to use 4 sprays all over to completely let it work it's magic so little goes a long way.

Batiste Dry Shampoo

For those days when I need to add a bit of volume or if I want to just freshen up my hair I use Batiste Dry Shampoo. I either choose this one or the cherry one. I really liked the Eden one which was limited edition so I did stock up with about 5 so have quite a few left :)

What do you use in your hair care routine? Any recommendations?

Thank you for reading.

  1. I am definitely going to give the GHD Advanced Split End Therapy a try as it sounds amazing. It is a little pricey but I don't mind paying a bit more for a product if it actually works! x

  2. It really is amazing, my hair feels so soft and split ends are hardly noticable :) even though it's pricey it's 100% worth it x
