The Perfect Pamper Evening

I love a good pamper evening a rarely get to do the full works. So today I had a full 2 hour pamper which including a face mask, hair mask, nails painted, bath and some chocolates. So I'm just going to go through what I use and what I do :)

As you can see above I use a lot of different products for one evening but the problem is I have so many it takes me half an hour just to choose them lol!

The Hair

The first thing I do is my hair, this way I can leave the hair mask on whilst doing everything else. I shampoo and condition my hair first with Lee Stafford Ubuntu Oil products. I always like to use the same shampoo/conditioner that foes with the hair masks so I know they are working to there full potential. I chose this one because it gives moisture and shine back to my hair which I lose when straightening my hair everyday. I then apply the hair mask to my hair and clip it up on top of my head out the way. I don't put it in the fringe because it tends to look greasy.

The Face

I now apply a face mask which is usually a body shop sachet. I used a Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask today which is one of my favourites. If I don't have a face mask, I'll use a really good face wash which I like the Soap and Glory Vitamin C Facial Wash. I'll leave the face mask on also whilst having the bath :) After I finished my bath I'll apply some Aloe Vera Soothing Night Cream from the Body Shop :)

The Bath Itself

When I'm having a pamper evening, I like to use a more indulgent product. So I choose the Body Shop Green Tea Bath Tea by using the little strainer. It doesn't make any bubbles but turns the water a tea colour and smells incredible. It is very relaxing and my skin always feels super soft and moisturised after.

The Body

The best feeling is using a body scrub and exfoliating your whole body, I have chose the Soap and Glory Scrub Em and Leave Em. It contains tiny pink beads, sea salt and essential oils.I then apply a good helping of body butter which will mostly always be a Body Shop one. Today I've gone with the Fuji Green Tea one to go with the Green Tea Bath Tea. Not forgetting a little body spray for the finishing touches I have used the Ted Baker Pink one which is subtle and fresh fruity fragrance.

The Nails

I love nothing more than painting my nails and the look of freshly painted ones. I always pick out a few colours which I fancy and then "try" and chose one from them. Barry M have so many nice colours at the moment that it's almost impossible to decide.

Last but not least.......

I like to have plenty of chocolate, tea and an issue of Cosmo!! I tend to go for a herbal tea either green tea or the yogi tea stomach ease which tastes amazing.

Do you have pamper evenings, what do you do to relax?

Thank you for reading
