I love LUSH as you know and if I could I would have a LUSH bath everyday but that would be rather expensive so I treat myself once a week to a LUSH bath bomb and use really nice bubble bath in between the other days. Lets face it baths are just the best and soooo relaxing.
I opted for the "Fizzbanger" one which I'd never had before. The smell was amazing. It was so strong and to me it smelt very lemony and rather like a lemongrass fragrance but when I read up about it, it wasn't a lemon one. It was described as a citrusy apple and cinnamon one.
As you can see it is very very yellow and quite big. It's probably the same size as a really big apple. From the outside it just looks like a standard yellow bath bomb but it wasn't as you will see later on.
I get so excited when throwing a bath bomb in especially one I haven't used before. You just don't know what it's going to do or look like and the LUSH ones always look so good and smell really nice.
As I said earlier it wasn't just a yellow bath bomb, after about 5 minutes of it fizzing away only what I can describe as like a mouth on the bath bomb emerged and blue bubbles started coming out!!! Arghh look how amazing it looks! It also contains a bit of popping candy which you can hear popping whilst it fizzes away.
After it has all fizzed away you're left with a tiny piece of paper which says bang on! :)
I found this one really relaxing and calming. Only after I'd read what the ingredients were did I realise why. From the LUSH website "Petitgrain is used in aromatherapy to calm the breathing, slow the
heartbeat and reduce feelings of anxiety. Ylang ylang produces a feeling
of joy, and cinnamon leaf oil helps you let go."
As someone who suffers with anxiety and calming my breathing down, this was a beaut!!! Definitely recommend this to anyone even if you just want a nice bath. Even though it's £3.95 it sooo worth it. I guess you could take it out halfway and use the rest next time.
My all time favourite will always be "Granny Takes a Dip" without a shadow of a doubt.
What's your favourite LUSH product? Have you tried this one?
Thank you for reading!

PS - This week is Mental Health Awareness Week so please help spread and highlight the issue if you can as I feel it does need to be talked about more and not seen as a weakness or a problem that can't be helped. There needs to be more things out there to help people who suffer.
If you're interested in what panic attacks/anxiety is or just need some advice yourself I recommend the website "Mind" which I have linked below. They have useful tips and info for anyone who suffers and for people who want to help a friend or family member.
You can also read my previous blog post which mention my tips and my own story.
Thank youuuuuuuu :) :D
