Oh dear I seem to have gone on a bit of a beauty shopping spree lately so I thought I'd do another haul post for you this one has a bit of beauty, fashion and body items.
Oh and I took my pictures in the garden as it was much better lighting so that explains the grass ;)
Make Up/Beauty Products
As I mentioned in my previous post I didn't need anymore make up brushes but yet again I bought another two. This time I saw a new stand in Superdrug which had the brand Lottie London. I have heard of them before and saw there products in other blog posts but never managed to find it myself.
Lottie London - Make Up Brushes
When I saw the make up brushes I fell in love. They are so pretty, each brush is a different pastel colour and the tips of the brushes are the same colour. I chose the Kabuki Babe Brush and Make Me Blush Brush both were in shades of purple.
The bristles are really soft and the brush in general is really good quality. For me part of deciding whether to buy a brush or not is on how it looks and these win my vote.
Kabuki Brush: Brilliant for that finishing touch of powder or bronzer.
£9.49 from Superdrug
Blush Brush: It's in the name, the shape and size are perfect for that light sweep of blusher.
£7.99 from Superdrug
Lottie London - Paint By Numbers
This got me really really REALLY excited. I love painting my nails and I realised the other day that I haven't not wore nail varnish for 5 years!!! So whenever I see a new product I have to test it out especially one I've never seen anywhere else before.
The set includes 3 nail stencil sheets which have 16 stencils on each, Nail Art Brush and Instructions. There are 3 different patterns you can choose from which are called Peekaboo, Chevron and Colour Block. I'm hoping that I can use these like I would with striping tape by putting it on dry nail varnish, paint over it and then peel it off. But I'm a bit unsure at the moment if I can do that as the pack doesn't mention that so I will give it a go and report back to you :)
Paint By Numbers £8.99 from Superdrug
Barry M - Make Me Blush Blusher
I don't think I've ever actually owned a blusher, I have no idea why I just have never wanted one. I saw the new Barry M ones and finally thought I'd give it a go. I got the shade Jam Tart which is sort of a coral/orange colour with a bit of a shimmer in. Yet again the packaging is so cute with the tiny hearts framing the palette. It is a powder so will need to be applied using a brush.
What I thought was funny was how this is called "Make Me Blush" and the Lottie London Brush is called " Make Me Blush Brush" So I thought they would be perfect together.
Make Me Blush Powder £3.99 from Superdrug
Hair and Body
You all know by now that I love the body shop so I love nothing more than a visit to my local store. I saw that they had a new fragrance out which is Virgin Mojito. So I bought the mini body butter to try. The fragrance is very limey and reminds me of the Soap and Glory Sugarcrush which is my favourite smell ever! I also got another fave of mine which is the Fuji Green Tea fragrance which yet again smells amazing and really does smell like green tea. I find that the small body butters are so worth it because although I have 6 of the big ones it takes ages to actually finish one, by having the small ones I can have many different scents and it will be easier to finish. They are also really handy to put in your handbag and for travelling. Mini Body Butters £5.00 each
I also bought another Organix Shampoo and Conditioner to try and yes they are the mini ones :) perfect to try the product before actuall buying the big one. I have the Brazillian Keratin Smooth ones which are for super straight hair. They contain coconut oil, avocado oil and cocoa butter which even by reading the ingredients I know that my hair is going to smell super nice and feel super soft.
Shampoo and Conditioner £2.50 each
Fashion
On this particular shopping trip I didn't buy much fashion items as I literally can't fit another item in my wardrobe so I bought two items that didn't need to go in :) I didn't need a new bag as I currently have 6 handbags on the go, swapping between them every few days. Firstly I bought a satchel type bag because I wanted a smaller bag to take on holiday which would be a suitable size to have on all day without getting shoulder ache. I don't have a bag which is the right size for just a purse and a few bits. I tend to use my River Island Coloured satchels which are a bit to big to have on all day.
Colour Block Satchel £18.00 from Dorothy Perkins
Now I absolutely love giraffes, they are favourite animal ever and I even have a TY beanie giraffe in my room. So when I saw this necklace I just had to buy it. The pendant is two giraffes which look like there kissing make a heart shape between there necks. You can't see it that well in the picture but it's an off gold colour. I saw it and bought it. No time to even decide it was mine :)
Necklace £5.00 from Dorothy Perkins
So thats it for my mini haul. I can't wait to try my new priducts out and no doubt I will do a review in the future.
What have you hauled recently? Have you tried any of the products above?
Thank you for reading!
xoxo
